Linda's work has been included in numerous juried exhibitions, including Quilt Visions 2008 (Home Before Dark) and 2010 (Tenacity), ArtQuilt Elements 2010 (Dawn) and the International Quilt Market and Festival in Houston, TX (Along Winner Creek Trail.
Her quilts have been the recipient of several awards, most recently the Heartstrings Award as part of ArtQuilt Elements 2010. Twice she has been awarded Honorable Mention in the Anchorage Museum's Earth, Fire & Fibre biennial juried craft exhibition.
Linda has been selected to serve as an Artist-in-Residence at Rocky Mountain, Acadia, and Denali National Parks, all of which feature her work in their permanent collections. ("Threading Through the Gravel Bars, East Fork of the Toklat River" at Denali and "Regeneration" at Rocky Mountain).
The book 1,000 Artisan Textiles featured Linda's work on the cover as well as several projects inside. The Professional Quilter (www.professionalquilter.com) featured Linda and her work in the Summer 2008 issue.
